If you could repair our roads, they could be of great help to our security forces who travel those vast areas in northern Kenya to catch up with cattle rustlers. Could the Ministry of Roads consider having a joint programme with the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security to map those specific roads within those specific areas in the northern part of Kenya to reduce cattle rustling?"
