However, it has been handling both the construction and money to implement. This year, we have tried as much as possible, to channel money to the relevant water boards, so that they can even decide and allocate funds for easier implementation. However, the National Water Conservation and Pipeline Corporation will still be charged with the responsibility of construction and they can be hired by the boards."
