    "content": "(b) The officer booked his departure to Marigat Health Centre for treatment. He never returned to the station since then. After being absent without leave for 21 days he was declared a deserter. Sixty days elapsed and the officer was arrested within Ng'arua Police Station area on 16th March, 2008, where he was engaged in petty criminal offences. The officer never produced any documents to show that he was admitted in hospital for all the days he was absent."
