    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, let me also take this opportunity to make a personal request to the Government and especially, to the Ministry of Agriculture that they should avail raw maize, not necessarily grounded maize flour to those of us who are not fond of ugali so that we can be able to prepare githeri which is what we like most other than just providing maize flour which is non-existent in our shops. Raw maize should be readily available and this hunger condition which we are talking about would not be there."
