    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to congratulate the Assistant Minister for the efforts the Government is making to ensure that people flying to those parts of the country do so in safety. Because it has succeeded, could the Assistant Minister answer two aspects of my concerns namely; how are you going to help Kenyans of Somali origin who do not have IDs so that they are not unfairly treated? The second arm of my concern is that, because it has succeeded with flights, are you considering introducing the same measure on buses so that people traveling by bus are equally secure?"
