    "content": "With regard to the alleged systematic extra-judicial killings, I wish to state that this is not acceptable at all. It is illegal. Further, for incidents of killings where the police are involved, they are thoroughly investigated and all files forwarded to the Attorney-General for investigation. Later, the files are placed before a magistrate for disposal by way of inquest. Officers found to have a case to answer are charged accordingly."
