    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, on the issue of the investigation to be carried out by the police in the case of people who are missing, I said much earlier that, indeed, we have the institution of the police which has all the investigative knowledge. However, that does not actually mean that other organizations like the Kenya National Commission of Human Rights (KHRC) cannot supplement that investigation. We are fully prepared to receive the information from them. We will also study whatever information they come up with."
