    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This case of Kwekwe Squad is very clear to us. We are victims in Embakasi. In fact, last week, one driver was killed at a bus stop in Umoja by members of the Kwekwe Squad. I would like the Minister to clarify whether he is in control of the police in this country. I would also like him to clarify whether he is in control of the Commissioner of Police. I believe that there is a time he called a meeting at his office and the Commissioner of Police refused to attend. Is he in control of Kenya Police?"
