I do not want to come here and tell you that we do not have one or two rogue officers. Not too long ago, a police inspector was arrested for having been involved in the killing of a young man. We are, therefore, in the process of hunting down those who have criminal inclination in the police force in order to wipe them out. We shall not spare them at all!"
