    "content": "You will note that the matters addressed and canvassed by hon. Eng. Gumbo, Mr. C. Kilonzo, Mr. Namwamba, Mrs. Noor and hon. Ruto are very loaded matters that are asking the Chair, among other things, to revisit the rulings of the Chair as was presiding on Thursday last week and, perhaps, to review those rulings. It is not a matter that I am about to do lightly, if at all. So, I will make the necessary communication, including the directions to be given on Wednesday afternoon, next week."
