    "content": "(2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1967, subsidiary legislation, licences, certificates and all administrative orders, directions, instructions made, given under or in pursuance of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1967, which are in force on the commencement of this Act, shall be deemed to have been made, given or issued under or in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, and shall remain in force until revoked, replaced, rescinded by subsidiary legislation, licences, certificates or any other administrative orders, directions or instructions made or issued under this Act."
