    "content": "I wish to underscore to this House the importance of the timing of this Motion. The House has been demanding, and rightly so, to be more involved in the Budget formulation process. Indeed, the House, recently, passed the Fiscal Management Bill, and the Treasury concurs with the need to fully involve Parliament in the Budget process. In this regard, we plan to bring to this House the Budget proposals as contained in the Budget Strategy Paper around April, 2009."
