    "content": "In addition, my Ministry organises, in conjunction with other stakeholders, two food security assessment exercises every year in districts affected by drought and other disasters. Those assessment missions provide information on the food security status in the country and commence the necessary interventions. Chalbi District, like other food insecure districts, is always included in the assessment. The first assessment is normally done around January/February after the short rains, and the second assessment is usually conducted in July/August after the long rains. Depending on the outcome of those assessments, the number of people requiring assistance may be scaled up or down. Other non-food interventions are also reviewed."
