    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do appreciate the fact that the distances covered in Chalbi are too long. Actually, I have said that the transport money for Chalbi should be scaled up. What was allocated to Marsabit for transport was Kshs3.225 million. I will ask the technical people in my Ministry to make sure that food is able to reach all corners of Chalbi. The scaling up has been done, but I am still not happy with it. I do believe that Chalbi and Laisamis districts deserve more for transportation because of the long distances covered."
