    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I really sympathise with the residents of that area. We are doing all that we can to make sure that Kitale Municipal Council gets money from the Kenya Roads Board. That is because they are the only ones in a position to do the work. The assessment was done about one and half years ago, when the cost was estimated to be Kshs11 million. When this Question was asked to find out whether the cost was varied, I said that the estimate has not been varied. That is because the bridge will require a longer span because of the soil erosion that was caused by that small stream. We are doing all that we can and I intend to visit KRB to press this case for Kitale Municipal Council. It is the intention of the Ministry to give good and proper services to all the residents."
