There is no law that prevents you from jienjoying on those benches that have been constructed by the Nairobi City Council. However, we have issued instructions that they should be on the look out for suspicious characters without harassing them. It is a tricky thing trying to balance between a democratic society and security. We will, however, continue monitoring the situation."
