However, there is a persistent specific crime that is continuing to dog people of Northern Kenya. I congratulate the Assistant Minister and the Police Commissioner for a job well done. However, could his Ministry make a comprehensive plan or policy that could target Northern Kenya with the issue of cattle rustling?"
