    "content": "The reason why this has happened is because primary and secondary schools in those parts of the country are not well equipped, so the students there do not have good access to education facilities like their counterparts in the other parts of the country. I happen to have come through a primary school in Mandera and secondary school in Wajir. The teachers in that part of the country work extremely hard but they are curtailed by the necessary tools required to teach. There is also a shortage of teachers."
