    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, when you compare children who are educated in a situation where students have access even to visit the Public Gallery here - we have students here from not very far away from Nairobi. Students from the northern part of Kenya have never had access to the inside of this Parliament yet the Geography or History paper will ask them exactly the same questions as the students who have sat inside Parliament. They sit the same Paper and are examined at par with, for example, a school that is 200 kilometres away. So, these disparities are unique. The Government should consider them when they are providing job opportunities to Kenyans, so that they can also find employment in the Civil Service."
