    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, in supporting this Motion, I am calling the House, Members and the Government to ensure that the cries of northern Kenya will be listened to once and no longer shall we be coming here to talk about things that are so obvious, so reasonable and so logical. If this is not heeded, it is not only those Members of the Government who participated in the post-election violence who will go to The Hague, we are going to take this country to the International Court of Justice for ignoring the plight of our people."
