    "content": "As the Mover of the Motion and the Seconder, Mr. Ethuro, have mentioned, we are not able to train any teachers. Most of the teachers who are being trained today--- We know that after five years, most of the teachers who are from other parts of the country will leave. We will go back to square one. We will be without teachers to teach in our schools. I am glad to note that, under the current regime, when the CDF was introduced and implemented, we have really gone very far in getting our children to go to schools to get quality education. For example, we now have dormitories and classrooms in which our children can learn. We have solar systems which they use to study at night. But still, we are not able to get a good number of students who would qualify to train in medical, teaching and clerical fields."
