    "content": "So, we urge the Government to review the Public Service Commission Act and authorise permanent secretaries, provincial commissioners and district commissioners to employ people without reference to the Public Service Commission. We would like that to be reinstated, so that our people can get employment just like in other places. Otherwise, we will end up with children who are half-educated and unemployed. They will end up bringing security problems in this country."
