    "content": "The Mover has also talked about some of the economic hardships. Those are some of the areas that have no economic value due to regular or recurrent drought that is caused by failure of rainfall. That makes their economic value to be very low. That really means that they cannot afford to access quality education even in other areas outside arid and semi arid areas. That is why we are asking for affirmative action with regard to admission to medical colleges, teachers training institutions and even universities. Affirmative action should be given to students from those areas. For instance, a Form IV student from Ijara getting a C+--- Actually, had that student gone to school in Nairobi, he would have got a clean A. So, in terms of admission to those institutions, affirmative action should be exercised."
