    "content": "So, because I want to give other hon. Members an opportunity to discuss this very important Motion, I would like to say that I fully support it. In fact, it should be implemented. It does not require money to be implemented. It does not even require an Act of Parliament for it to be enacted. All it requires is a pen from the Minister, and I am sure he has one. I have seen him with an expensive one. The Minister should just indicate that \"these regulations will not apply in ASALs.\""
