    "content": "We have talked about educational infrastructure disparity in this country. We have talked about all other problems in this country. It is very sad and unfair for people to be subjected to the same standards during recruitment when they come from different backgrounds in terms of educational opportunities, resource allocation, utilization and service delivery. I wish that the Government had a way of setting different standards for people in terms of their backgrounds. We do not look at those backgrounds when we are distributing resources or when we are looking at the educational infrastructure. When it comes to job application, we look at standards. When we look at those standards, we do not put into consideration their background and so forth. Had they gone through the system? Have these people been able to cover the educational curriculum like all other Kenyans? There are children, as I speak, who are learning under a tree. As I speak now, there are children who cannot afford a meal. These children cannot visit any health facility in this country. These children are living in this country. We are talking about this beautiful country. We are also talking about this country that has all these resources. We are talking about a country that is very discriminative such that it has disadvantaged some people of this country."
