    "content": "Finally, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I should speak on an area in which, after a few months, I am now an expert; that is, health. One of the most important things about health is that the body is well-nourished. A well-nourished body will keep away a lot of other things. You do not need medicine if you have a well-nourished body. A well-nourished body is itself an army against diseases. When we have drought in North Eastern Province and we do not respond immediately with proper nourishment--- In this day and age when we have an army and an Air Force which can drop food to people in the ASAL areas very quickly, we wait until we see these things being aired on television, for example, starving people. This happens and yet we have the technology to drop there well-nourishing food. We know that the United Nations (UN) have developed a type of food that you can give people and it will give them nourishment in a moment. We know that organisations like Medicens Sans Frontiers can do these things and they are in this country. We are not a serious Government - I am sorry to say so, as a Government Minister. This is because these are our brothers and sisters and when they bring a Motion such as this one, we should realise the conditions under which the recommendations of this Motion can be implemented."
