Assistant Minister to publicly tell Kenyans that they can go ahead and use canal water for domestic use without it being actually purified in the proper manner? I thought it is the responsibility of his Ministry to ensure that Kenyans get clean water but he is now making a statement that canal water is good for domestic use."
