"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The statement the Assistant Minister is making is very serious. It runs counter to the Government policy espoused by the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation. All the public health officers are going round this country telling Kenyans not to drink water that is not processed. The Assistant Minister in charge of water is telling us that you can drink raw water everywhere. Which Government should we listen to? Is it the one where this particular Kiunjuri is leading or should we listen to the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation? We need guidance on this now!"
