"content": "Hon. Members, therefore, the Chair has organised a one day workshop for purposes of taking hon. Members through the new Standing Orders. The workshop will be held on Friday, 13th February, 2009, at Safari Park Hotel, commencing at 8.30 a.m. This workshop was officially programmed to be held tomorrow, Thursday, 12th and Friday, 13th February, 2009. However, I am informed that the House Business Committee has decided that the House meets tomorrow to consider urgent business that is pending."
