    "content": "Subsequently, on 5th November, which was only seven days from the day I raised the issue on the Floor of this House, I wrote to the NCPB, raising with them the same issue, which is in the HANSARD. I told them that maize was then selling, in my constituency, at Kshs3,600 per 90-Kilogramme bag. So, I pointed out this development to the NCPB and asked them to make sure that there was maize to be sold in Bomet, Mulot, Siongiroi and Sigor. I was very concerned about Sigor and Siongiroi, because those are places I represent in this House. I wrote that letter during my normal business as a Member of Parliament. In the letter, I asked the NCPB to liaise with the District Development Committee and the District Development Officer (DDO) to ensure that maize went to the correct recipients. I wonder how a letter I wrote in my normal course of business as a Member of Parliament could be a subject to Ringera to ask me to explain anything.
