    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, when we talk about debts, some of them have grace repayment periods of up to nine years. Some of them are repayable over a period of 30 years. These are debts. They have nothing to do with the funding our Budget. It is a small percentage of our national Budget that is actually funded by the external debt."
