    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I did not come here prepared to answer a Question with regard to Murang'a North District since I do not have the data here with me. However, we, as a Ministry, provide relief food to all Kenyans regardless of the districts they come from as long as there is need. I have just said that there is a team that goes round and assesses need. Once that need is certified, we provide food to all Kenyans irrespective of where they come from. As far as Murang'a North District is concerned, I will answer him when I get the data."
