    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the collapse of KICOMI caused lots of livelihood and jobs, whose effect is being felt up to now. I have seen a copy of the written answer. What the Ministry is saying is that they cannot do anything about it now, because it was bought by a private company. I think that is running away from responsibility. It is the responsibility of the Government to guide investment. I wish to ask the Assistant Minister what plans the Ministry has to consult with the present owners of KICOMI to ensure that further employment is created, and that the company starts running. It is not enough to facilitate cotton growing. Where will you take the cotton when it matures, if there is no factory?"
