    "content": "I was saying that my Ministry is now spending Kshs50 million to improve the value chain of cotton. This work, together with what the Ministry of Agriculture has been doing - giving free cotton seeds, et cetera - has led to the revival of ginneries such as Kibos and Nyanza Ginneries, amongst others. Therefore, I want to assure the hon. Member and the House that we are talking to the entrepreneurs who bought KICOMI with a view to encouraging them to revive this very significant industry."
