    "content": "In comparison, the infrastructure at Kanyangi is appropriate for a dispensary and it is, thus, operating at that level. Granted the large resource outlay necessary to improve infrastructure, the Ministry views this as a long-term investment. However, the facility already has access to ambulance services shared with Yatta Health Centre. Besides factoring the upgrading of the two facilities in the development budget for successive years, the Ministry will also plan to pursue possibilities of support from development partners to fast-track the necessary improvements."
