The Government in partnership with the private sector, Kenya Chamber of Mines, is developing programmes to promote investment opportunities in the country's mineral subsector both locally and internationally. My Ministry has seen increased interest by exploration companies through participation in major mining investment conferences such as Investing in African Mining, Cape Town, South Africa; Mines and Money, London, Africa Down-Under and Australia."
