    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, yes, we are visiting districts where mining is taking place. However, our policy as a Ministry is to encourage the local people. Our Ministry is ready. We have been giving assistance to small miners. As I said earlier on, if we had adequate funds, we can even give incentives to those who have now started mining activities. It is true that big sharks have found their way and are now engaged in mining activities in these areas. We will bring legislation that will control the mining industry."
