    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, my office is not aware that Bamburi Cement has written to His Excellency the President seeking his indulgence to invoke his rights under the Constitution to confer possession of the trust land within the County Council of Kitui to the Government and subsequently issue exclusive rights to the said company. However, I am aware that the said company, Bamburi, has written to the Head of the Public Service and Secretary to the Cabinet requesting for the Government's intervention in resolving the issue in the best interests of the country and the investors."
