    "content": "Prior to that, through the Anan led process and pursuant to provisions of Section 8(4) of the Review Act, the Committee received five names from the Panel of Eminent African Personalities for consideration as Members of the Committee of Experts. The Parliamentary Select Committee considered the names and ranked the names as provided for under Section 9(2) of the Review Act.
