    "content": "The Committee went into extensive discussion on this matter and was able to conclude that in the totally of the circumstances, owing to what these individuals bring, Dr. Ekuru holds a PhD in Law. I come from the legal profession and those are very rear to come by. But more importantly, Dr. Ekuru brings executive experience to the process. He was an Executive Director of another organisation. He was able to bring that managerial experience which we required at that point. The fact that he has a PhD in Law and was able to bring that managerial experience, the Committee felt that he can do the work we required done."
