Ms. Karua, could I just use this opportunity because I shall be very brief, to really plead, through you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, that this Constitution of Kenya Review Act of 2008, as the hon. Minister will know, has a schedule that is supposed to be part of the Act. That Schedule is supposed to come to this House and the Minister should tell us when that will happen."
