Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to mislead this House that the training facilities in MTCs are overstretched, when I know for a fact that, Lodwar MTC is performing under capacity because some of the course like public health and nursing were withdrawn two years ago? My question was: What is he doing to reinstate those courses with a stated objective of promoting and recruiting local people to those nursing courses? That is because we have the capacity for you."
