    "content": "I want to support the hon. Member who talked about corruption. I would like to say that corruption, in my view, does not begin with the voters. It begins with the political party. When we have political parties that are not well organised, embrace violence, do not respect democracy and embrace corruption, that is what we take on to the elections. It is, therefore, important that we embark on the Constitutional Review process, which is a gateway to reforming the three arms of the Government. With regard to corruption, in other jurisdictions in the commonwealth like Ghana, Rwanda and Uganda, the Attorney-General is also the Minister for Justice."
