    "content": "We may want to consider, when reforming the Constitution, avoiding looking at individuals, because we do not know who will occupy the position, merging the two offices, so that we do not have a disconnect between policy statements and implementation when it comes to prosecution and investigations. We will be doing ourselves a favour by adopting this report and commencing the Constitutional Review proper, so that we can open the gate to serious and fundamental reforms in this country ."
