    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank you for giving me this opportunity to support this Motion. I want to speak for a very short time, because I want to give my colleagues a chance to also speak. I want to recognise the good work that has been done by the Parliamentary Select Committee. This was the reason why the foundation of the Constitution was very important; we needed to get a Parliamentary Select Committee that works together and looks beyond party affiliations. I am glad that the way they are doing their work is a testimony to the fact that Kenyans can work without getting into political divisions."
