Even the Government itself, as we speak, is facing an enormous image problem of seeming to condone, participate or sponsor corruption in this country. The Committee that we have established must be able to make recommendations to this Chamber, so that for the last time, we, as a country, can produce a new Constitution that addresses agenda Item Four of the mediation work at Serena Hotel. We want to eliminate corruption once and for all, and create accountability and transparency."
