    "content": "Lastly, I want to talk about the contentious issues. We do not want to have a Constitution that will serve a single personality. If you read a book by a person called Duale, it describes what Siad Barre said before he left Somalia. The book is entitled: \"From Siad Barre to Farah Aideed.\" Said Barre said that upon his departure, Somali would never have a country. We do not want a Constitution that will promote a one-person agenda. We want a Constitution that will promote the agenda of Kenyans irrespective of their tribes, origins and everything."
