    "content": "It is, indeed, for that reason that the Committee proposed the deletion of the requirement that the Chair of the Interim Independent Boundary Review Commission should be a lawyer. That position has now been adopted by the House. We are glad that there is no requirement now, for that qualification. It is, indeed, a valid criticism. We intend, next time, to see how we can bring on board members of other professions, who bring quite a bit to the table."
