    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I had asked this Question on 29th January 2009 and during that time I was given an answer that during that financial year the Ministry was going to fund the project to the tune of Kshs6 million. The answer being given today is that they have not done feasibility studies and therefore the amount of money that was allocated that year was not enough to complete the project. If we come to the House and get commitment from the Government that they are going to complete the project and two years down the line nothing has been done, am I going to take the Assistant seriously that he has sent engineers to the ground and evaluation has been done? I would like to table the last written reply I was given for reference."
