Among the treaties that are not ratified and to which Kenya is not a party to is the Protocol on the African Investments Bank, African Union Convention for the Protection and Assistance of the Internally Displaced Persons, Constitution of the African Civil Aviation Commission, Charter for African Cultural Renaissance and the Statute of the African Union Commission on International Law, including the Protocol on the statute of the African Court of Justice and Human Rights."
